ABE 04x

This rack is used to house hardware from Vibro-Meter’s VM 600 series of machinery protection systems and condition monitoring systems.

RPS 6U

The RPS 6U rack power supply unit is designed for use in Vibro-Meter’s VM 600 series of machinery protection systems and condition and performance monitoring systems.

CPU M

The CPU M is a modular Central Processing Unit (CPU) card intended for use in Vibro-Meter's VM600 series of Machinery Protection System (MPS) and Condition Monitoring System (CMS) racks.

The modular, highly versatile design of the CPU M means that all rack configuration, display and communications interfacing can be performed from a single card.

IOC N

The IOC N is a network communications card which includes two pairs of RJ11 connectors (labelled A and B) for configuring multi-drop RS-485 networks of VM600 racks, and another RJ45 connector for a redundant Ethernet connection. These extra connectors may be used if the optional Ethernet and RS-485 (RS-422) PC/104 modules have been installed on the CPU M.

RLC 16

The RLC 16 Relay Card is designed for use in Vibro- Meter’s VM 600 series of machinery protection systems and condition and performance monitoring systems. It is an optional card, for use when the 4 relays on the IOC 4T input/output card are insufficient for the application and additional relays are required.

IRC 4

The IRC 4 is a jumperless card driven by a modern 16 bits micro controller. This product can process complex equations up to 86 Discrete Inputs coming from all the MPC/AMC cards of a VM600 rack. Its high level of configuration makes it ideal to handle 2oo3 voting.

MPC 4

The MPC 4 Machinery Protection Card is the central element in Vibro-Meter’s VM 600 series Machinery Protection System. This very versatile card is capable of measuring and monitoring up to 4 dynamic signal inputs and up to 2 speed inputs simultaneously.

IOC 4T

The IOC 4T Input / Output Card acts as a signal interface for the VM 600 series MPC 4 (Machinery Protection Card). It is installed in the rear of the ABE 04X rack and connects directly to the rack backplane via two connectors.

AMC 8

The AMC 8 and IOC 8T cards are designed for use in Vibro-Meter’s VM 600 series of machinery protection equipment. The AMC 8 analog monitoring card is installed in the front of the ABE 04X rack. The IOC 8T input/output card is installed in the rear of the rack. Both cards connect directly to the rack’s backplane via two connectors.

The cards provide eight channels of temperature monitoring, accepting both Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) and Thermocouple (TC) temperature inputs, as well as process inputs. The source for each channel can be selected during the cards’ configuration.

The AMC 8 and IOC 8T cards are designed for use in Vibro-Meter’s VM 600 series of machinery protection equipment. The AMC 8 analog monitoring card is installed in the front of the ABE 04X rack. The IOC 8T input/output card is installed in the rear of the rack. Both cards connect directly to the rack’s backplane via two connectors.

MPS Software

MPS1 and MPS2 allow stand-alone configuration of MPC 4 and AMC 8 cards, via the cards' serial connectors. Alternatively, if the cards are installed in a networked VM600 rack, i.e. one containing a modular CPU card (type CPU M) used for rack control and communication, they can be configured in "one-shot" mode using an Ethernet TCP/IP link from the PC to the CPU M.

The InSight ® Software Total Monitoring Solution is a highly integrated software suite that supports the effective condition monitoring of all rotating machinery. It is a modular system that has been designed to support the predictive methodologies that can be used to improve the effectiveness of your machinery.

 

XMC 16

The XMC 16 / XIO 16T Extended Combustion Monitoring Card Pair consists of an XMC 16 extended combustion monitoring card and an XIO 16T extended input / output card. This card pair provides all of the interfacing and signal processing functions required of an intelligent data acquisition system and is a central element in Vibro-Meter’s VM600 series Total Monitoring Solution. It is used together with the InSight® software to acquire and analyse your combustion data before communicating the results directly to a host computer using an on-board Ethernet controller.

XMV 16

The XMV 16 / XIO 16T Extended Vibration Monitoring Card Pair consists of an XMV 16 extended vibration monitoring card and an XIO 16T extended input / output card. This card pair provides all of the interfacing and signal processing functions required of an intelligent data acquisition system and is a central element in Vibro-Meter’s VM600 series Total Monitoring Solution. It is used together with the InSight® software to acquire and analyse your vibration data before communicating the results directly to a host computer using an on-board Ethernet controller.

 

XIO 16T

The XIO 16T card acts as a signal interface for the XMV 16 and XMC 16 cards, performs all of the analogue signal conditioning and also supports the external communications. In addition, it protects all inputs against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and signal surges to meet electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards.

 

HMC 2

The HMC 2 / HIO 8C 6 GHz Microwave Blade Tip Clearance Card Pair consists of a HMC 2 microwave monitoring card and a HIO 8C microwave input/output card. Used in conjunction with an appropriate Vibro-Meter microwave probe, this card pair provides tip clearance measurements as part of Vibro-Meter’s VM600 series Total Monitoring Solution. It is used in conjunction with the InSight® software to acquire,analyse and transmit results to a host computer via the on-board Ethernet controller.

 

HIO 8C

CMS Software

CMC 16

The CMC 16 Condition Monitoring Card is the central element in Vibro-Meter’s VM600 series Condition Monitoring System (CMS). This intelligent front-end Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) is used in conjunction with the VM600 CMS software to acquire, analyse and transmit results to a host computer via the VM600 series CPU M module with Ethernet controller or directly via serial links.

The IOC 16T Input / Output Card acts as a signal interface for the VM600 series CMC 16 (Condition Monitoring Card). It is installed in the rear of an ABE 04X or ABE 055 (VM600 Portable) rack, and connects directly to the rack backplane via two connectors.
